Tudorose Poodles - Has Standards To Maintain
Tracking
Tracking tests are designed to test a dog's ability to recognize and follow human scent, and their ability to locate and "indicate" any articles left on the track. Every dog is born knowing how to follow a scent trail, but the challenge in this sport is in getting him to follow only the one that you want him to.

Here are a few of theTudorose Poodles doing tracking:

CT Tudorose Bold Reign UDTX, VST, AX, AXJ, RE, JH, WCX, JHD, CGC, VCDIII, VIP VCX, HTADs1

Reigner is a tracking poodle and earned his very first title, the TD when he was 11 months old!  He went on to do other things, including getting his TDX, VST and Champion Tracker!  During that time, Reigner also managed to pick up some other titles:  his UD in obedience, his WCX and JH in field, and then various agility titles.  He is also a recipient of the VIP Versatility Certificate Excellent.

And just look at some of the terrain the boy has tracked in!

Reigner is 11 yrs old now and has now declared himself the bane and arch enemy of all the rabbits in the neighborhood and spends his time on bunny patrol, chasing any rabbits he sees out of the yard--unless he's fortunate enough to catch one, in which case to the victor goes the spoils.

Tudorose Fleetwood Drummerboy CDX,TD,JH (Drummer)

Drummer is another tracking poodle. He is pictured at left with his owner Joyce after finding "the final glove" and passing his TD test. Below shows Drummer in action at that same test.

Currently Joyce and Drummer are working on their Variable Surface Tracking (pictured below) and their TDX.
